Step 1: Link Your Bank

When signing into the app for the first time you will land on the home screen. To start the linking process, tap on the "Link with Plaid" button.

Give it a couple of seconds, and a new screen will pop up from Plaid allowing you to search for your bank.

After selecting your bank, follow the prompts to securely log into your bank and select accounts you wish to link. You should select all of the bank accounts that you would like to manage within Halfsies. This can include your partner's accounts too, if you have access to them. Don't worry if you change your mind though, you can always remove or add more later!

Once you finish this you will be taken back to the home screen. Wait about 5-10 seconds and your selected accounts will appear. Congrats, you successfully linked your bank!

Note: As of the Alpha, Halfsies users are limited to linking three banks. However, the number of accounts you can link within each bank are unlimited
